Age

Subscription / Customer Account

Certain services and related features that may be made available on the Site may require registration or subscription. Should you choose to register or subscribe for any such services or related features, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. Every user of the Site is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if THE LABEL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this User Agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of THE LABEL under this User Agreement or at law, THE LABEL has the right to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site.

During the registration process you agree to receive promotional emails from the Site. You can subsequently opt out of receiving such promotional e-mails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.

User Submissions

Anything that you submit to the Site and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than you or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

Administrational order changes

The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

Product Descriptions

This Site does not warrant, however, that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered on this THE LABEL Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item, as specified in the Return Policy.

Pricing Information

THE LABEL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or service whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of an error. If this occurs, THE LABEL will notify you by email. In addition, THE LABEL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated full retail price.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All purchases are final and non refundable.

Goods or services cannot be exchanged or returned after the purchase has been completed, except in the following cases:

• In the event of a defect or a manufacturing error of the product, it will be returned after reporting this.

• In case the wrong product is sent and it does not match the invoice.

• In case of wanting to return or exchange the goods after complying with the aforementioned terms, you should contact us at email: info@thelabelsa.com to coordinate with you about the reason and the right to return or exchange.

• In the event that a return or exchange is approved, then the item can be returned to us in the same condition in which it was received and in the same original packaging. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will verify the eligibility for an exchange or refund request. It takes 14 business days to retrieve the purchase amount.

Conditions for accepting an exchange or refund request

• Submit a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Not to use, open or damage the product, or remove the safety label and serial numbers for the product

• It must be in the same condition that you received it by maintaining the original cover and basic stickers and not missing any its accessories

The sale process, purchases, and use of the products available on this site are subject to the following terms and conditions.

The store may choose to accept or not to accept or cancel your order in some cases, for instance, if the product you wish to purchase is not available or if the product is priced incorrectly or if the order turns out to be fraudulent, the site will return what you paid for the rejected or canceled orders.

When purchasing or sending an email, you agree to receive any email or notifications regarding the order.

The site reserves the right to make any amendments or changes to its site and the policies and agreements associated with it, including the privacy policy as well as the for the terms and conditions of service and terms of return and exchange.

Indemnities

You agree to indemnify and hold THE LABEL and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), howsoever suffered or incurred due to or arising out of your breach of this User Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Severability

If any clause of this User Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of this User Agreement. In such a case, such provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby, and such provision shall be deemed to be restated to reflect the parties’ original intentions as nearly as possible in accordance with applicable laws.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dammam and to waive any objections based upon venue

TERMINATION

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of THE LABEL in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

Coupon vouchers / Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are coupons that we spend as part of advertising campaigns with a certain validity period. You cannot purchase Promotional codes. Promotional codes are only valid for www.thelabelsa.com and only during the specified period. We can exclude individual brands of the voucher campaign. Promotional codes can be redeemed in the context of an order process only once. The value of goods shall be at least the amount of the promotional code match. A refund of any remaining balance is not possible for administrative reasons. You can redeem a promotional code only before the closure of the ordering process. An allocation afterwards is not possible. We pay the balance of a promotional code neither in cash nor will it earn interest. You are not authorized to combine multiple promotional codes to each other.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are coupons that you can purchase. Gift Cards can be redeemed for the purchase of articles at THE LABEL www.thelabelsa.com Gift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift Cards. The balance of the Gift Card will be paid neither in cash not interest on it. You can redeem gift Card just prior to the completion of an order process. Gift Cards and credit cannot be honored retroactively. You can only cancel the purchase of a Gift Card, if the gift voucher has not been redeemed. A gift card is considered redeemed when it was charged with an order or was credited to the credit account. If the balance of a gift card is not sufficient for your purchase order, the difference can be compensated with the payment options offered. Promotional codes may not be used for the purchase of gift cards. Gift Cards can be combined with a promotional code per order. To redeem gift cards on your account or view an existing credit, please visit My Account on www.thelabelsa.com We accept no liability in case of loss, theft or illegibility of the gift card, which is not attributable to THE LABEL. Similarly, we assume no liability for typographical errors in the e- mail address of the gift card recipient. Gift Cards are transferable. Copying, editing or manipulating the Gift Card is not permitted. The use of gift cards for commercial purposes are also prohibited. Please note that you will not get any free samples or free gifts when purchasing a gift card. This you can get when redeeming the gift card.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping and delivery take place within 1 to 14 working days, depending on the customer’s location and according to the shipping company chosen by the customer, with the exception of official holidays and weekends.

Your order will be delivered according to the information provided by the customer in the delivery address field. The address information must be complete and correct and it is the customer"s responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. Order delivery does not require your signature.

If the courier arrives to the specified address and was unable to deliver the order due to the lack of recipients, please contact customer service to set another date for delivery of the order and the customer will bear the delivery cost for the second time. The company is not responsible for any order that has not been delivered within thirty days from the date of the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind after 24 hours from placing your order, contact our Customer Service at info@thelabesa.com or +966114566619 to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you.

How Long it will take to refund the amount?

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business days of receiving the products back. It may take additional working days for the amount to reflect in your account as per your bank strategy.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will refund the amount immediately at the store against the original Invoice details shared by you and after receiving the products back verified by our store .
